Head of Arsenal Arsène Wenger was not surprised by Theo Walcott's hat-trick for England, and has praised the maturity of the teenager.
Walcott was in the form of England on Wednesday night against Croatia, netting a trio of goals as Fabio Capello's side claimed a 4-1 World Cup qualifying win in Zagreb.
Wenger led Arsenal Walcott from Southampton in 2006 and gradually has used 19 years of age, more regular first-team basis in a bid to aid their development.
The French tactician is pleased to see that the plan shine off the Croats, but reserved special praise for the way he conducted himself after his feat.
"I am not surprised because he is a player who has a good time with their careers and he is a clinical finishing," say wenger
